Alignment’s Academic and Career Readiness Initiative led by the Educational Pathways A-Team focuses on ensuring students have the opportunity to graduate academic and career ready. This work begins as students transition from middle school to high school with the annual eighth grade Explore event culminating with the Senior Job Fair. Over 15,000 students were served in 2025.
